  • BDE/Sales Executive

    Job description:

     Responsible for the Marketing and sales of Konnect Analytics products.

     Experience in selling ERP/CRM/BI is an added advantage.

     To identify and hire new channel partners for assigned region.

     Identify new business opportunities.

     To generate leads via cold calling, Emails, digital marketing etc.,

     Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their research goals are aligned with product offerings.

     To give demo to the clients and make them to understand the product.

     Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets.

     Brand Building and Advertising in consultation with the Internal team.

     Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and partner organisations.

     Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

     To Prepare Marketing Collateral such as Case Studies, flyer and content creation.

     Be the Liaison between the external and internal stake holders.

     Feedback market & competitor info to the Internal team.

     Adhere to the provided Sales Targets.

     Coordinate with Technical Team on solution design, programming and validation.

     Has a good understanding of business application concepts and terminologies.

     Has ability to take ownership, accountability and initiative.

     Has excellent problem solving skills.

     Effective time management skills.

  • Alliance / Partner Manager

    Konnect Analytics is looking for a highly talented partnership manager. The incumbent will be tasked to on board relevant ERP/HRMS partners around GTM, System Integrator & Channel partnership. 


                        Job Responsibilities

     Build and grow a strong network of partners and affiliates with potential relationships.

     Developing and executing partnership strategies to meet organizational objectives

     Identifying resell partners and recruiting them for the Konnect ERP/HRMS products

     Establishing effective relationships with System integrator, OEM partners, resellers, stakeholders and maximize revenues via them.

     Signing up new partnerships as may be required from time to time.

     Managing SI partnerships and maximizing revenues via on-boarding Partners

     Analyzing partner data to ensure compliance with contracts

     Monitoring partner performance, resolving issues and providing timely feedback

     They should also be knowledgeable in partnership agreements and market trends and can work independently or as part of a team.

     Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth

     Look out for new opportunities for acquisition of clients in mass through partners

     Build an integrated Eco-system of Partners in India

     Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities for India

     Create Win-Wins with Cross-Functional teams in creating mind share and awareness of Konnect’s Offerings with business segments and plan & execute the demand generation initiatives

     Bring to light latent potential by being analytical and presenting business insights


    Desired candidate profile.

    Minimum 3+ years of experience in building or managing a partner            network/Alliances especially in ERP/HR products or SaaS business

     - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for business and      for partners

    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

    Proficiency in written and verbal communications.

    Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and      drive results

    High level of organization and focus to work in a GTM.

    Ability to see the bigger picture
